The Board of Directors (the "Board" or the "Directors") of Lippo Malls Indonesia Retail Trust (the "Company") is committed to maintaining a high standard of corporate governance within the Company and its subsidiaries (the "Group") to maximise the long-term Unitholder value, protect the interests of stakeholders as well as promote investors' confidence.

The Company will continue to enhance its corporate governance practices appropriate to the conduct and growth of its business and to review such practices from time to time to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited ("SGX-ST"). This section outlines the main corporate governance practices and procedures adopted by the Company during the financial year ended 31 December 2017, with reference made to each of the principles of the Code of Corporate Governance 2012 (the "Code").
