	# Please specify details	Lippo Strategic Holdings Inc. ("Lippo Strategic") has subscribed for 287,695,000 Units under a conerstone subscription agreement entered into between Lippo Strategic and Lippo-Mapletree Indonesia Retail Trust Management Ltd. under the initial public offering of Lippo-Mapletree Indonesia Retail Trust. Lippo Strategic has on 19 November 2007 lent 96,820,000 Units (the "Loan Units") to USB AG, acting through its business group, UBS Investment Bank ("UBS"), as stabilising manager, pursuant to an over-allotment option granted to UBS. UBS has on 14 December 2007 re-delivered the Loan Units to Lippo Strategic as the over-allotment option was not exercised. Lippo Strategic is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lippo Holdings Inc. Lippo Holdings Inc is in turn a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lippo Capital Limited. As such, Lippo Capital Limited is deemed to have an interest in the 287,695,000 Units held by Lippo Strategic.
