Portfolio Review
LMIR Trust owns a diversified portfolio comprises of 16 Retail Malls with a total NLA of 631,531 sqm. Nine of the Retail Malls are
well-located in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok,TangerangandBekasi (“Greater Jakarta”), two inBandung (the fourthmost populous city in
Indonesia), two inMedan (the thirdmost populous city in Indonesia), two inPalembangandone inBinjai. As at 31December 2013
the Retail Malls had aweighted average occupancy of approximately 94.2%.
These properties are well complemented with both locally and internationally renowned “favourite” specialty brands such as
Fitness First, Sushi Tei, J. Co Donut & Coffee, Starbucks, McDonald’s, BreadTalk and leading household names including Carrefour,
Matahari Department Stores, BestDenki andCinema21 toenhance their appeal as“everyday”one-stopdestinationmalls for both
discretionary and non discretionary consumer spending.
