On 23 December 2008, Lippo Strategic Holdings Inc transferred 50,389,000 LMIR Trust units. Lippo Strategic Holdings Inc is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lippo Holdings Inc.

Lippo Holdings Inc is in turn a wholly-owned by Lippo Capital Limited. Lippo Capital Limited is in turn wholly-owned by Lippo Cayman Limited.

As such, Lippo Cayman Limited is deemed to have an interest in the LMIR Trust units held by Lippo Strategic Holdings Inc.
