On 23 December 2008, Lippo Strategic Holdings Inc transferred 50,389,000 LMIR Trust units. Lippo Strategic Holdings Inc is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lippo Holdings Inc.

Lippo Holdings Inc is wholly-owned by Lippo Capital Limited. Lippo Capital Limited is in turn wholly-owned by Lippo Cayman Limited. Lippo Cayman Limited is wholly-owned by Lanius Ltd.

As such, Lanius Ltd is deemed to have an interest in the LMIR Trust units held by Lippo Strategic Holdings Inc.
