Disposal of units on the SGX-ST by Sumitomo Mitsui Asset Management Company Limited ("SMAM").

Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation is deemed to be interested in the units held by SMAM in LMIR Trust pursuant to the Companies Act, Chapter 50 of Singapore.

Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group, INC has voting power of in excess of 100% in Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation. Therefore, Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group, INC is deemed to be interested in the units held by SMAM in LMIR Trust pursuant to the Companies Act, Chapter 50 of Singapore.
