Change Of Chief Financial Officer And Investment Manager

The Board of Directors of Lippo-Mapletree Indonesia Retail Trust Management Ltd (the "Company"), as Manager of Lippo-Mapletree Indonesia Retail Trust (the "Trust"), announced the resignation of Mr Rudi Chuan Hwee Hiow as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective from today."We would like to thank Rudi for his valuable contribution to the Trust since its initial public offering in November 2007. Rudi is leaving us to take up a new appointment which will enhance his career development and I wish him well in this and all his future endeavours" said Ms Viven Sitiabudi, Chief Executive of the Company.
Mr Shane Hagan has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from today. Mr Hagan joins the Company with a background in financial management of stock exchange listed property entities covering nearly 15 years. Previously from New Zealand, Mr Hagan worked for two property companies listed on the NZ Stock Exchange from 1995 to 2003 and was closely involved in the takeover of one of them, Shortland Properties Limited, by the other, Capital Properties NZ Limited. From 2003 until 2007 Mr Hagan was CFO of the funds management company that managed Ascendas REIT which is listed on the SGX-ST. Over this period Ascendas REIT grew its assets from S$600m to S$3.2 billion and Mr Hagan was involved in raising S$1 billion in new equity and S$1 billion in new debt as the REIT embarked on a successful acquisition programme.
Mr Alan Wong Peng How has been appointed as Investment Manager of the Company also effective from today. Alan, who will be based in the Singapore office of the Company, has experience in real estate acquisitions having held positions with MacarthurCook Industrial REIT, Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd and Ascendas Pte Limited previously.
Mr Leigh Regan, formerly Investment Manager of the Company, will be employed by PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk as Business Development Director and will be based in Jakarta. Mr Regan will continue to provide support to the Company in relation to the operating performance of the Trust's property portfolio in Indonesia.
