The change of percentage in interest is the result of the issuance of 1,693,450 units to Lippo-Mapletree Indonesia Retail Trust Management Ltd (the "Manager") in payment of management fees (aggregate of 14,434,703).

Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd is deemed to be interested in the units held by Manager via its wholly-owned subsidiary, Mapletree Capital Management Pte. Ltd.
