(1) On 20 May 2011, BIL entered into an agreement to acquire 97,853,918 units in LMIR Trust ("Units") from Mapletree LM Pte. Ltd. ("MLM") and is deemed to have an interest in all such Units by virtue of such agreement;

(2) On 22 May 2011, BIL entered into an agreement to acquire 197,658,026 Units from Lippo Strategic Holdings Inc. ("LSH") and is deemed to have an interest in such Units by virtue of such agreement; and

(3) Prior to the transactions described in this Notice, Lippo-Mapletree Indonesia Retail Trust Management Limited (the "Manager") held 24,553,455 Units, representing approximately 2.26% of the units in issue. The Manager is controlled by Peninsula Investment Limited ("PIL"), which is in turn controlled by LPKR. By virtue of this, each of PIL and LPKR is deemed to have an interest in all the 24,553,455 Units held by the Manager; and

(4) BIL is controlled by PT Sentra Dwimandiri, which is in turn controlled by LPKR. By virtue of this, LPKR is deemed to have an interest in all the 295,511,944 Units in which BIL has an interest; and

(5) Accordingly, LPKR has an aggregate deemed interest in 320,065,399 Units.
