1) On 20 May 2011, BIL entered into a sale and purchase agreement ("SPA") to acquire 97,853,918 Units from Mapletree LM Pte. Ltd. ("MLM"), and was deemed to have an interest in all such Units by virtue of the SPA.
2) On 20 June 2011, the acquisition of 97,853,918 Units by BIL pursuant to the SPA was completed. |

1) Prior to this notification, BIL has a direct interest in 197,658,026 Units, representing approximately 18.22% of the units in issue.
2) On 20 May 2011, BIL entered into the SPA to acquire 97,853,918 Units, representing approximately 9.02% of the units in issue, from MLM and is deemed to have an interest in all such Units by virtue of such agreement.
3) On 20 June 2011, following the completion of the acquisition of 97,853,918 Units from MLM pursuant to the SPA, BIL has an aggregate direct interest in 295,511,944 Units, representing approximately 27.24% of the Units in issue.
4) BIL is controlled by PT Sentra Dwimandiri ("PTSD"), which is in turn controlled by PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk ("LPKR"). For the avoidance of doubt, each of PTSD and LPKR's deemed interest in the LMIR Trust is not affected by BIL's completion of acquisition of 97,853,918 Units from MLM.
5) Percentage of unitholding is computed based on 1,084,967,455 Units in issue as at 20 June 2011.
