The Board of Directors of LMIRT Management Ltd. (the "Company"), as Manager of Lippo Malls Indonesia Retail Trust, wishes to announce the appointment of Ms Tan San-Ju as joint Company Secretary in place of Ms Lynn Wan Tiew Leng with effect from 27 December 2011.
