Results Of The Annual General Meeting Of Unitholders

The Board of Directors of LMIRT Management Ltd., as Manager of Lippo Malls Indonesia Retail Trust ("LMIR Trust"), is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Unitholders of LMIR Trust held on 26 April 2012, all resolutions set out in the Notice of AGM dated 9 April 2012 were duly passed.
