	# Please specify details	Pursuant to a unit lending agreement dated 9 November 2007 between Lippo Strategic Holdings Inc and UBS AG, acting through its business group, UBS Investment Bank, the latter had borrowed an amount equivalent to 96,820,000 of LMIRT's units. The change in UBS AG's direct interest in LMIRT's units arises from redelivery of the above borrowed units with units acquired through price stabilisation activities.
