Mr Wong is a Chartered Accountant of the Institute of
Singapore Chartered Accountants and a fellow member of
the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
MR TEO KAH MING
Asset Manager
-R 4EO +AH -ING HAS MORE THAN YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN
the real estate industry, spanning in areas such as contracts
management, property development and asset management.
-R 4EO HAS PRIOR OVERSEAS EXPERIENCE WORKING IN )NDIA AND
Indonesia with CapitaLand and PT Farpoint respectively.
Mr Teo has also previously held asset management roles
COVERING A MIXED COMMERCIAL PORTFOLIO OF OFlCE RETAIL
and serviced apartments in CapitaCommercial Trust

MR CESAR AGOR
Legal and Compliance Support Manager
Mr Cesar Agor supports the activities of the Manager in the
areas of legal and compliance works.
Prior to joining the Manager and from 2007, Mr Cesar Agor
was a practicing lawyer in the Philippines, having worked as
an associate lawyer in various law offices in Manila. He served
