The subsidiaries incorporated in Indonesia are audited by RSM Amir Abadi Jusuf, Aryanto, Mawar & Rekan (RSM
Indonesia), a member firm of RSM International of which RSM Chio Lim LLP in Singapore is a member.
The subsidiaries incorporated in Singapore are audited by RSM Chio Lim LLP in Singapore.
The investments include investment in redeemable preference shares that are redeemable at the option of the
subsidiaries.
The share certificates of certain subsidiaries are pledged as security for bank facilities (Note 22A).
